NO refunds when you purchase to receive a custom wig.
NO refunds on hair ONLY EXCHANGES.
Exchanges will ONLY be offered on unused hair AFTER hair has been sent back to Kara Marie. Once hair has been returned and received, a new order of your choice will be placed and sent to you. SHIPPING TAKES 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS. Please allow one business day for order to process. All shipments require a signature.
Exchanges are for issues with: INCORRECT length, INCORRECT texture.
