IF I PROVIDE HAIR TO KARA MARIE HOW WILL THE HAIR BE RECEIVED?
Kara Marie has a P.O. Box (P.O. Box 7365 UPPER MARLBORO MD 20792) for all shipping purposes, we will then ask you questions regarding your unit, go pick the hair up from the P.O. Box. Make your unit, then ship it back to you.
HOW LONG DOES WIG CUSTOMIZATION TAKE WHEN CUSTOMERS PROVIDE THE HAIR?
For a unit to be created/customized your order will take Kara Marie a maximum of 10 days and minimum of 7 days. Please understand it’s just her by herself constructing your unit.
DOES THE PRICING INCLUDE STYLING AND BLEACHING KNOTS?
The purchasing of a unit from Kara Marie includes the construction, bleaching knots, plucking knots and styling of the unit.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLOSURE AND A FRONTAL?
A Closure is much smaller than a lace frontal and less maintenance. A Frontal consist of more maintenance, so if you are looking for something that allows you to wake up and go or have never worn a frontal constructed unit before Kara Marie would recommend purchasing a Closure unit.
WHAT IS BLEACHING THE KNOTS?
When the hair is tied to the lace, there are dark spots where the hair is secured. Bleaching the knots will reduce the visibility of the dark spots making the knots look more natural.
ARE KARA MARIE'S WIGS ONE SIZE FIT ALL?
Most of the units constructed are sized to fit a 22" circumference head. If your head is smaller or larger you can let me know in description of your order and we can adjust your unit to fit to you specially. If you are unsure how to measure the circumference of your head you can refer to our custom wigs page with directions on how to proceed with measurements of your head or you use the contact me service Kara Marie has provided and I will be glad to help.
WHAT TYPE OF CAP IS USED DURING WIG CONSTRUCTION?
A dome cap or mesh dome cap is used. If you have a preference please be sure to let us know and we can accommodate with you.
HOW DOES A UNIT STAY SECURE?
Combs or straps are put into/on the unit to help you secure the unit safely onto your head. Clients will always be asked which they prefer when their unit is being constructed.
DOES KARA MARIE COLOR HAIR?
Yes Kara Marie does provide coloring service on hair PROVIDED BY KARA MARIE ONLY OR 613 HAIR.
DO YOU CONSTRUCT GLUE-LESS FRONTAL WIGS?
No.
WHEN I HAVE A UNIT CONSTRUCTED WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Construction of the unit, plucking/ bleaching the knots, styling, and combs/strap.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Orders are processed within 24 hours if not purchased on a Sunday, then 48 hours.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY TRACKING NUMBER TO BE SENT OUT?
Your tracking information will be sent out after your package has been shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive information.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? SHIPPING WILL TAKE 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS.
